SHIPPING TYPES
Our products are delivered in the following ways:
- Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., Purolator or Canada Post) to your delivery address.
- Truck Delivery for most furniture and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits; usually includes our Premium White Glove service and Unlimited Items for a Flat Rate fee.
- Doorstep Delivery may be available at a reduced Flat Rate; does not include assembly and you are responsible for bringing the items into your home.
- Pick up from a local store with Ship to Store delivery

STANDARD SHIPPING
Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Most purchases, once shipped from our warehouses will arrive within 10-15 business days for metro areas and 12-18 business days for non-metro areas. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

UNLIMITED FLAT RATE FURNITURE
With Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by In-Home Delivery service providers. Eligible items will show "Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery" on the product page.
The exact shipping charge is based on your shipping location. Shipping times vary by vendor. See shipping tab for more details. Your order will ship when all items in your order are available for delivery.
DOORSTEP DELIVERY
Doorstep Delivery service is available for select items at a lower flat rate. With Doorstep Delivery you are responsible for bringing items into your home, assembly is not included. For multi-unit buildings, items will be placed in a secure lobby area or with building concierge.

IN-HOME DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY
* With In-Home Delivery and Assembly, items are brought into your home, most are unpacked and assembled*, and the packaging is removed.
* Assembled exceptions include outdoor patio structures, marble or stone sink consoles, lighting, mirrors & wall art, rugs, headboards attached to a metal frame and any items requiring home installation. We are also unable to rearrange furniture.
* A representative will call to arrange a delivery date and confirm an appointment timeframe. Please allow up to 12–15 days from the date of order (for in–stock items) to receive this call. Typically, the delivery date offered will be within 5 days of your call for metro deliveries and up to 14 days rural areas.
* In-home delivery and assembly service is not available to all postcodes. Service to outlying areas may be restricted based on geographic location. Please call 1-855-860-1080 for more information.
ARRANGING DELIVERY DATE
Delivery is by appointment Tuesday – Saturday in most major metropolitan areas, with Monday delivery available in some areas. Our delivery service will contact you to arrange a delivery date and confirm the appointment timeframe.
DELIVERY TIMING
NON-UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE:
All non-upholstered furniture items should arrive within 2 to 4 weeks in most metropolitan areas.** For other areas, your furniture will be delivered within 5 to 6 weeks, depending on availability. Accurate delivery times to your address will be provided during check out.
QUICK SHIP UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE:
Items marked as Quick Ship (QS) arrive at locations in most metropolitan areas** within 15 to 20 business days. For other areas, your Quick Ship furniture will be delivered within 5 to 6 weeks. There is no additional charge for Quick Ship delivery. This service is subject to product availability at time of shipping.
SPECIAL UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE: 12+ WEEKS:
Special made-to-order items with all parts in stock will usually ship from our distribution center within. 12 - 14 weeks. All items not marked as Quick Ship are special order items.

DELIVERY TIMING
Customer is quoted delivery timing at checkout based on store order volume and transit time from the distribution center to the store.
ARRANGING DELIVERY
Email notification will be sent when an order is ready for pickup. Please contact the store to arrange a pickup time once your item has arrived. All orders should be picked up within 7 days of arrival.
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email.
Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
We are unable to deliver to Quebec.
When you checkout, you will be given the option on the shipping page to "Ship to multiple addresses."
Delivery is only available within Canada. Only customers with a Canadian billing address can purchase from this website.
