CARE
Maintenance
- While weathering and colour variation over time is natural for wooden outdoor furniture, we recommend the following care for best results: Brush off loose dirt.
- Wipe spills with a clean dry cloth.
- Avoid the use of harsh cleaners and abrasives.
- Cover furniture with outdoor covers (not included) when left outside during inclement weather or when not in use.
- Store wood furniture indoors during the off-season. Make sure furniture is completely dry before storage.
Staining
- To receive weathered furniture, sand and clean wood to remove all debris and previous treatment.
- You may then apply any deck stain in the colour of your choice.
Surface Preparation
- Surfaces to be stained must be clan, dry and free of dirt, mildew, oil or grease.
- Sand using 120-grit sandpaper. Remove all previous treatment and smooth weathered surfaces until an even surface is achieved. For best results, sand to bare wood.
- If mildew is evident, use a mild cleaning spray prior to staining as mildew will grow through he stain removed.
- To clean oil and grease stains, we suggest using a mild wood cleaner.

Ship to Store
With Ship to Store Delivery, items can be shipped to and picked up from your local store for a reduced shipping price. Eligible items will show “Buy Online, Ship to Store” on the product page. You will be charged a competitive flat-rate shipping fee for most eligible orders. You have 7 days from when you placed your order to pick up these items. Make sure your vehicle is large enough to fit items packaged in larger boxes. Exact shipping and processing charges will appear during the checkout process.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or seven days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required, our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Shipping charges may be applied to your refund amount.
