Handmade Celebration Crackers
Designed after the celebration crackers that are a tradition in many countries, these easy-to-make favors have a fun surprise hidden inside. The best part is, you get to decide what that surprise will be!
Tools & Materials:
- Rectangles of felt (any color you choose; ours were approximately 6 x 8")
- Hanukkah gelt and candy
- Rubber bands in a color that contrasts with your felt
- Glitter glue
Step-By-Step Instructions:
- On each rectangle of felt, arrange a few pieces of candy and gelt near one of the shorter ends. Roll up the piece of felt with the goodies snugly inside. Twist each end (in the style of a candy wrapper) and tighten it with a rubber band.
- Use glitter glue to add decorations to the outside of each cracker.
