Miniature Trees
When it comes to setting your party table, little adornments make a big difference. These miniature trees are adorable and so sweet for the holidays. Kids will love to help you decorate the trees with tiny homemade ornaments.
Tools & Materials:
- Live pine or evergreen branches (you can take these from the bottom of your Christmas tree)
- Birch Log (2-3" in diameter) or Floral foam base
- Pruning shears
- Wood saw
- Glue
- Drill
Step-By-Step Instructions:
- Use wood saw to cut disks out of birch log. Make them about 1" thick
- Drill a small hole in the top of the birch log
- Cut a small sprig of an Evergreen branch (approximately 6 inches high)
- Dip end of sprig in glue and then place in the hole on the birch base. Let dry
- Optional: Decorate with homemade ornaments
