- Number punches
- Craft knife
- Invitation templates
- Time capsule letters
- Confetti or shredded tissue
- Hourglasses (one per invitation)
- Scissors
- Hot glue gun
How to Assemble the Invitations

Step 1
Use the lid of a box to trace circles on the green cardstock and cut them out. With the hole punch, make eight dots per invitation from the white cardstock. Use the number punches to create the numbers 12, 3, 6 and 9 for each invitation, and with your craft knife cut out white cardstock hour and minute hands for each. Apply dots, numbers and hands to each round green clock face with hot glue (as an alternative, you could use a fine felt-tipped pen to write the numbers and draw the clock hands). Use hot glue to affix a clock face to the lid of each box.

Step 2
Fill in our template with the details of your party and print out one per invitation on white cardstock. Cut them out, and fill in the "time" that each person is assigned for their gift. Use hot glue to affix an invitation to the inside of each lid.

Step 3
Print out one time capsule letter and envelope per invitation, and fold them in thirds lengthwise and then in half so that they'll fit inside the box. Print and cut the circular insert with instructions on what to do with the letter.

Step 4
Put some tissues or confetti in each box, then one hourglass, one folded time capsule letter and envelope, and one set of instructions for the time capsule. Top each box with a lid, and they're ready to deliver.
