CARE

• Due to the inherent qualities of tufted rugs, shedding of loose fibres will occur and will diminish over time.
• Vacuum regularly using a vacuum cleaner without a beater brush and on a low-power setting.
• Do not pull loose ends. Clip them with scissors to remove.
• Spot clean. Remove spills immediately; if liquid, blot with clean un-dyed cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. For hard-to-remove stains, professional cleaning is recommended.
• Do not dry clean. Harsh chemicals may damage or fade rugs.
• Use of a rug pad is recommended.
• Caution: Use vacuum cleaner without beater brush as it may cause damage to pile.
• Rotate or reposition your rug every 3-6 months to promote even wear on the surface and extend the life of the rug.
• Do not place rugs on hardwood floors that have not had time to completely cure.
• Store your rug by rolling it front side out wrapping in cloth for protection.
• Do not fold or store in an airtight plastic bag.
• Place in a dry, well-ventilated area.
• This product contains synthetic latex.

Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery

Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly

An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.
