Our Costa Conversion Kit makes it easy to transform the Costa Crib into a furniture piece of lasting use and comfort as your child grows. Its sturdy wood construction is beautifully designed with upholstered side paneling for a soft and safe design element for babies.

HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED
- Expertly crafted of spruce wood, New Zealand pine wood and MDF.
- Panels are upholstered with 100% polyester and padded with polyurethane foam.
- All wood is kiln-dried, a process that ensures that the furniture will never split, warp, crack or mildew.
- Mattress platform is crafted from metal and offers 2 height options to accommodate your growing baby.
- Platform can be adjusted to the following heights: 6.5", 17.5"
- Crib finish is hand-applied in using child-safe, water-based paint, which provides durability, depth of colour and richness to each piece of furniture.
- Crib is finished in Weathered White.
- Features a Performance Heathered Basketweave fabric in Alabaster.
- GREENGUARD Gold Certified to contribute to healthier indoor air, keeping you and your family safer.

CARE
- Dust wood frame often using a clean, soft, dry cloth.
- Blot spills immediately, and wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
- We do not recommend the use of chemical cleansers, abrasives or furniture polish.
- Parents should ensure a safe environment for the child by checking regularly to see that every component is properly fastened and securely in place.
- Do not over-tighten fasteners, as this may cause distortion or breakage.
- Carefully package all original hardware to protect from loss or damage.
- Store assembly instructions for future reference.
SHIPPING
Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery
Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.
Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.
Eligible items will show "Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery" on the product page.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items.
We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases: Please visit your local store to make a return. An original receipt or gift receipt is required—our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase.

We stand by each product and test in our name for accountability. We use accredited 3rd party labs nominated and regulated by the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission). Our partners test everything in the box, including labels, packaging and materials to ensure product safety compliance.
