CARE

Clean

Clean the surface before applying the sticker using a mild cleanser and allow to dry.

Peel

Carefully peel off the sticker from the backing card being careful not to pull the sticker too quickly.

Apply

Lay the sticker onto the surface carefully and apply pressure smoothly to avoid air bubbles.

Remove

If air bubbles appear peel off by staring from a corner, carefully remove the sticker by peeling it away slowly and reposition and apply again.

Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items.

Everyday items like food storage and thermoses shouldn't be a chore to clean. Most of our lunch and food products are top-rack dishwasher safe or have molded sections that easily wipe clean. Remember that some containers made from metal or melamine cannot go in the microwave, so you will need to transfer the food stored in those to microwave-safe containers first.
