Frame is expertly crafted from sustainable plantation grown hardwood and engineered wood.

Masterfully crafted with a kiln-dried solid wood frame and mortise-and-tenon construction and corner block joinery for structural integrity.

Seat cushion is semi attached and fixed back cushion.

No-sag steel sinuous springs provide cushion support.

Back cushion has a down blend fill.

Seat cushion has a down blend and solid foam fill.

Arm cushion has a polyester fibre fill.

To uphold the quality in our products, we offer a 3-year warranty on power recliner electrical faceplates, power lines and motors.

We will provide free replacements for those parts within the warranty period, those parts are available for purchase outside the warranty period. The warranty start date may vary, contact our customer care to learn more.

We are happy to provide a video and detailed instructions to help replace the parts. We recommend contacting a repair professional if you need assistance. Express delivery for replacement parts is available for an additional fee.

Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery

Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly

An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.
