Featuring a trellis of ivory blossoms, our Ella rug makes every day a walk in the garden. Artisans hand tuft the pure wool, creating a mix of looped and sheared pile with high-low detail, natural softness and enduring quality.

DETAILS THAT MATTER

• Hand tufted of 50% wool and 50% polyester in India. This product celebrates and preserves artisan handcraft traditions around the world.
• Rug is yarn dyed. Fibres are treated individually with environmentally safe dyes before weaving to offer vibrant, lasting colours.
• A mixture of cut and looped pile adds texture and dimension.
• Backing is made of 75% recycled polyester and 25% cotton fabric in a Malaysian Grey, with odorless synthetic latex adhesive. The synthetic latex provides a more durable and flexible backing that reduces odor and extends the rug’s life; it does not present a risk to those with latex allergies, nor does it dry out or break down over time.
• Rug contains 12 recycled plastic bottles.

CARE

• Vacuum your rug using a low-powered vacuum cleaner, preferably one without a beater brush.
• Do not pull any loose threads. Use scissors to simply cut the ends.
• Occasional rug cleaning from a professional rug cleaning company is recommended.
• Do not dry clean.
• Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage or fade your rug and harm its backing.
• Store your rug by rolling it front side out and wrapping it in cloth for protection. Never fold your rug for storage. Use of a rug pad is recommended.

Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery

Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly

An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

Eligible items will show "Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery" on the product page.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items.
