Our roomy backpacks have lots of pockets, exterior straps and gear loops that keep everything in place and feature personality-packed patterns, while our coordinating, reusable lunch bags are designed to keep their food cool and contained.

Backpacks
- Made of rugged 100% yarn-dyed polyester.
- Interior is lined with 150-denier, yarn-dyed recycled polyester.
- Yarn-dyed fibre has incredibly rich colour that holds its vibrancy over time.
- All backpacks have adjustable PP webbing straps that are contoured and padded to ensure a comfortable fit; padded back panel adds extra cushioning.
- Features a YKK zipper closure with a Nickel finish.
- Exterior side pockets are designed to hold any of our water bottles (sold separately).
- Small backpacks are made of 10 units of 500ml recycled plastic bottles.
- Large backpacks are made of 13 units of 500ml recycled plastic bottles.
Lunch Boxes
- Shell is woven of tough, water-resistant 600-denier 100% RPET polyester.
- The Classic lunch box features a molded interior so it’s easy to clean.
- Classic lunch box’s YKK zippered mesh pocket inside holds napkin and utensils (not included).
- Interior lining is made of PEVA, an environmentally friendly, food-safe vinyl that’s made without chlorine or plasticizers.
- Our Cold Pack Lunch Box features a nesting ice pack can be used as a divider for the main compartment.
- Straps on the back of each lunch box allow it to piggyback on our Mackenzie Small, Large and Rolling Backpacks (sold separately).
- Our Classic Lunch Box outer shell fabrics contains 20.71% recycled content based on whole product weight, including trim.
- Our Cold Pack Lunch Box outer shell fabrics contains 19.77% recycled content based on whole product weight, including trim.
Water Bottle
- Insulated water bottles are made with a stainless steel interior and polypropylene cap. Finished in our exclusive prints and fun colours; no liner needed.
- Insulated bottles have a silicone straw to reach all the way to bottom so you won't miss that last drop.
- Water bottle push-button pop-up lid makes it easy to open and has a lock to prevent spills and leaks, and vacuum-valve stopper prevents leakage when completely pressed down.

Backpacks & Lunch Boxes
- Spot clean lunch box with a damp, white cloth.
Water Bottles
- This item must be thoroughly washed before first use. Preheat or precool your bottle with hot or cold water before filling with the desired beverage.
- This item is dishwasher safe.
- This item is NOT microwave safe.
- Do not use with liquids that are warmer than 122° F (50° C).
- Do not use this bottle with carbonated drinks, as they can cause the drinking spout to forcefully eject.
- To prevent scolding, always pour hot beverages slowly into a cup and do not drink directly from the bottle.
- Do not completely fill the bottle. Overfilling the bottle can interfere with the tightness of the drinking spout causing the contents to leak/spill on the user.
- Please ensure bottle is in upright position before pressing the button to open the lid.
- After use, leave the bottle in upright position for 2-3 seconds before closing lid. Residual beverage content may remain in the drinking spout, causing leakage.
- To prevent dents and maintain stable heat retention, do not drop or knock against hard objects. It will dent and degrade the interior vacuum (heat retention efficiency).
- Bottle can be used with or without interior straw. If using WITH the straw, it is not necessary to tilt the bottle up while drinking, as the straw reaches down to the bottom of the bottle.
- To open lid, pull down latch and press button – lid will pop up. When lid is closed, snap latch back into place to lock lid and prevent beverages from leaking.
- The silicone spout and air vent panel can be removed from the lid for cleaning.
- To avoid and leakage of bottle contents, make sure the silicone panel is pushed back firmly in place underneath and on top of the spout and air vent.

Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery
Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.
Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items.

Dishwasher Safe, BPA-Free and Made with FDA-Approved Materials
Everyday items like food storage and thermoses shouldn't be a chore to clean. Most of our lunch and food products are top-rack dishwasher safe or have molded sections that easily wipe clean. Remember that some containers made from metal or melamine cannot go in the microwave, so you will need to transfer the food stored in those to microwave-safe containers first.
