HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED

Expertly crafted from sustainable, plantation grown solid FSC mix swietenia macrophylla and eucalyptus grandis.

Kiln-dried wood helps prevent warping, splitting, cracking and developing mildew.

Constructed with mortise and tenon and KD bolts joinery for structural integrity.

Our exclusive finishes are water-based, applied by hand for exceptional richness, durability and depth of colour.

CARE

Maintenance

While weathering and colour variation over time is natural for wooden outdoor furniture, we recommend the following care for best results.

Brush off loose dirt.

Wipe spills with a clean dry cloth.

Avoid the use of harsh cleaners and abrasives.

Cover furniture with outdoor covers (not included) when left outside during inclement weather or when not in use.

Store wood furniture indoors during the off-season. Make sure furniture is completely dry before storage.

Staining

To revive weathered furniture, sand and clean wood to remove all debris and previous treatment.

You may then apply any deck stain in the colour of your choice.

Surface Preparation

Surfaces to be stained must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, mildew, oil or grease.

Sand using 120-grit sandpaper. Remove all previous treatment and smooth weathered surfaces until an even surface is achieved. For best results, sand to bare wood.

If mildew is evident, use a mild cleaning spray prior to staining as mildew will grow through the stain remover.

To clean oil and grease stains, we suggest using a mild wood cleaner.

Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery

Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly

An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

Eligible items will show "Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery" on the product page.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items.

We also put our anti-tip kits through multiple tests to ensure they will safely support and secure your new furniture in your home.

Since quality and safety standards can change from place to place, we aggregate the highest safety standards from the many countries and nations we do business with to holistically develop our own global standards for our many products. Our quality teams attend regular ASTM meetings and conferences to stay ahead of industry trends.

We stand by each product and test in our name for accountability. We use accredited 3rd party labs nominated and regulated by the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission). Our partners test everything in the box, including labels, packaging and materials to ensure product safety compliance.
