DETAILS THAT MATTER

• Handtufted of 100% wool in India. This product celebrates and preserves artisan handcraft traditions around the world.
• Wool provides a super soft feel, and has a natural ability to resist staining, and soiling. Wool fibre is also naturally flame resistant, which makes it perfect for babies and kids.
• Non-slip backing is made of recycled canvas fabric with odorless synthetic latex adhesive, which makes it non-slip for added safety. The synthetic latex provides a more durable and flexible backing that reduces odor and extends the rug’s life; it does not present a risk to those with latex allergies, nor does it dry out or break down over time.
• Cut dot detailing on border, provides added interest.

CARE

• Vacuum regularly using a vaccum cleaner without a beater brush and on a low-power setting.
  
• Shedding of loose fibres will occur with new rugs. Use scissors to trim (do not pull) loose threads to avoid unraveling.
• Occasional rug cleaning from a professional rug cleaning company is recommended. Do not dry-clean.
• Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage or fade your rug and harm its backing.
• Clean spills promptly by blotting with a clean, un-dyed cloth.
• Rug may be rolled and stored in the plastic bag enclosed. The rug should be completely dry before inserting into the plastic bag to prevent mold/mildew.
• Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight.
• Rotate rug periodically to promote even wear.
• Use of a rug pad is recommended.
• Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles.

Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery

Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly

An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

Eligible items will show "Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery" on the product page.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items.
