CARE
- Every time your child finishes playing, use a damp cloth to wipe their toys down. Use a dry cloth to completely dry the toys off.
- Avoid using cleaning products that contain chemicals and artificial fragrances. Instead, use natural cleaning agents like apple cider vinegar combined with water and your favourite essential oil. Keep a spray bottle filled with this mixture and use whenever needed!
- Avoid storing your toys in high temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Regularly check your toys for cracks or damages.

Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery
Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.
Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

Everyday items like food storage and thermoses shouldn't be a chore to clean. Most of our lunch and food products are top-rack dishwasher safe or have molded sections that easily wipe clean. Remember that some containers made from metal or melamine cannot go in the microwave, so you will need to transfer the food stored in those to microwave-safe containers first.
