CARE
- Spot clean.
- Patch sets are applied at home.
Self Application Instructions
- Heat iron to cotton setting.
- Place end use product on a flat, hard, dry surface.
- Position patch in desired location. Please do not put over a seam or other raised area.
- Cover a thin piece of cotton or other fabric that will not melt on top of patch.
- Place iron over patch and press down with firm pressure using both hands for 30 seconds. Do NOT use steam, NO back-and-forth motion of iron.
- Turn product inside-out and iron the back of the patch for 40 seconds with firm pressure.
- Remove fabric and gently feel edges of patch, but only when the patch is completely cold, to make sure they are adhered well.
- If there is slight lifting up of patch, please repeat steps. Remember to place thin cotton/other fabric on top backside of patch.
- Please note that the heat seal application cannot be used on waterproof fabrics or material made of plastic.

Ship to Store
With Ship to Store Delivery, items can be shipped to and picked up from your local store for a reduced shipping price. Eligible items will show “Buy Online, Ship to Store” on the product page. You will be charged a competitive flat-rate shipping fee for most eligible orders. You have 7 days from when you placed your order to pick up these items. Make sure your vehicle is large enough to fit items packaged in larger boxes. Exact shipping and processing charges will appear during the checkout process.

EASY RETURNS
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or seven days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required, our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Shipping charges may be applied to your refund amount.

Everyday items like food storage and thermoses shouldn't be a chore to clean. Most of our lunch and food products are top-rack dishwasher safe or have molded sections that easily wipe clean. Remember that some containers made from metal or melamine cannot go in the microwave, so you will need to transfer the food stored in those to microwave-safe containers first.
