DETAILS THAT MATTER

• Hand tufted from 100% yarn-dyed polyester.
• Yarn-dyed fibre has incredibly rich colour that holds its vibrancy over time.
• The 5x8 recycled rug is made from 190 pieces of 1.5-litre plastic bottles.
• The 7x10 recycled rug is made from 330 pieces of 1.5-litre plastic bottles.
• Non-slip backing is made of recycled cotton with odorless synthetic latex adhesive, which makes it non-slip for added safety. The synthetic latex provides a more durable and flexible backing that reduces odor and extends the rug’s life; it does not present a risk to those with latex allergies, nor does it dry out or break down over time.

CARE

• Vacuum regularly using vacuum cleaner without a beater brush and a low power setting, to prevent debris from settling into the roots of the fibres.
• Do not pool loose ends. Clip them with scissors to remove.
• Attend to spills immediately. For spot cleaning, apply water in very small amount; do not saturate. If applying cleaning solvent, test in a small inconspicuous area before using.
• For general maintenance or stubborn stains, use an experienced cleaning service that specializes in hand made rug.
• Do not dry clean. Harsh chemicals may damage or fade rugs.
• We recommend using a rug pad.
• Rotate or reposition your rug every 3-6 months to promote even wear on the rug surface and extend the life of the rug.

Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery

Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly

An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items.
